BROADWAY PLAY PUBLISHING INC

ALL plays for which Broadway Play Publishing Inc represent the stage rights may be used ROYALTY FREE under the following conditions:

1. There will be only one performance of the play.

2. The seating capacity of the performance space is less than 100 seats.

3. There is no admission charged.

4. The producing theater group and performer(s) using the play receive no money for the performance.

5. All printed materials (eg: programs, posters, flyers) that mention the play by title must also credit the author.

6. The program must credit Broadway Play Publishing Inc as the licensor of the play.

7. There can be no audio, video or digital recording of any sort.
