This new revue delighted New York audiences in its premiere production. Just released on C D and cassette, GET USED TO IT! is a worthy successor to TEN PERCENT REVUE, and an entirely different show. Terry Helbing of The New York Native called it "a joyous statement for all generations of gay culture". Gary L Day, Philadelphia Gay News wrote "The romantic songs are every bit as uplifting as the satirical songs are bitingly funny". In The New York Post, Bob Harrington called the show "a humorous look at serious gay issues". Weinberg tackles sex, love and relationships, politics, religion, and AIDS, in an often funny, sometimes serious, and always thought-provoking manner. More geared to male issues than TEN PERCENT REVUE, GET USED TO IT! nonetheless draws a broad audience.
